Once a tour booking has been confirmed and issued, customers are eligible to request a cancellation and refund only if the request is made at least 36 hours before the tour start date and time.

• Cancellations requested within 36 hours of the issued tour date/time are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • Late cancellation requests
  • No-shows
  • Partially used tours or services
• Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Any payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to this refund policy.
