Yes. Go to My Bookings in the app or website, select the booking, and choose Modify or Cancel. Cancellation terms depend on the service and partner policy shown at the time of booking.
Confirmation is sent to your registered email address and appears in the app under My Bookings within a few minutes of payment. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Yes. During checkout you can enter the passenger or traveller's details separately from the account holder. The booking confirmation will still be sent to your account email.

Click Sign Up on the homepage, enter your name, email, and password, or continue with Google or Apple. Verify your email and your account is ready to use.
We store account details, booking history, payment references (not full card numbers), and usage data. You can view, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Click Forgot password on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send a secure reset link valid for 24 hours.
💳Payments & Refunds
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS certified gateways.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Yes. All prices shown on Discovia include applicable VAT as required by Portuguese and EU law. Your receipt will itemise the VAT amount.
🚗Car Rental
You'll need a valid driving licence, the credit or debit card used for payment, and a photo ID (passport or national ID card). Some vehicles may require an International Driving Permit.
All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and theft protection options are shown at checkout. Full coverage details are listed in your booking confirmation.
✈️Airport Transfers
Our drivers monitor live flight data. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pick-up time automatically at no extra charge. You'll receive an updated notification in the app.
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Exact meeting point instructions are included in your booking confirmation.
🤝Becoming a Partner
Go to discovia.com/partners, click Join as Fleet Owner, and complete the partner application. Our team reviews applications within 3–5 business days.
Commission rates vary by service type and are agreed during the partner onboarding process. Full details are included in your Partner Agreement.
🤖AI Features
Our AI analyses your trip details — dates, group size, preferences, and budget — to suggest the most suitable and eco-friendly combination of transport, accommodation, and experiences, all bookable in one flow.
No. Your personal booking data is never used to train AI models. We use only aggregated, anonymised platform data for model improvement. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
